In recent months, we were presented with the challenging of shifting our clinical work into the digital realm. While initially something of a shift of culture, this time of change has allowed us to reflect on the added value that online therapy can provide.

The therapeutic conversations can still continue, the non verbal communication can be shared and observed through video, and handouts, worksheets and other resources can be shared online. What's more, attendance can be made more flexible by removing the barriers imposed by travel time, childcare arrangements and hectic work schedules. 

Here at Tennyson Psychology Services, we use a range of platforms to deliver our online therapy, including Skype, Zoom and WhatsApp. All you need is a compatible device and a quiet, private space, and sessions can fit around your schedule and lifestyle.
